The client, Wally McLaren, had previously approached a number of internet development companies but had been unable to find both the technical expertise as well as the professional design skills to successfully create his online brand concept.

What is HRJunxion?
The business founders are Wally McLaren and Nicky McLaren (brother and sister). Between them they have in excess of 55 years of business experience at senior and executive management levels – specifically in the field of Human Resource Management. HR Junxion is a social networking site where professionals and specialists can register their profile, join the Smart Community, become a Smart Partner and start earning secondary income.

Backend Development:
Netgen built this customised social media platform with Vb.net and Sql server 2008 using an Ado.net database connection. It is designed using 3-tier architecture comprising of a data layer that uses datasets for strongly typed objects, a business layer for logic and control and a graphical user interface to allow for easy navigation and interaction on the site. The interface uses Javascript and CSS to enhance the user experience, allow for slick branding and improve search engine optimisation.
