After going through the process ourselves to ensure that Netgen is compliant, we realised just what a big job this can be. It took some time to wrap our heads around the Act and what it covers, but we are confident that we are now there.
How RegEasy works
We also decided to take all of our learnings around POPIA and find a way to help our clients with ensuring their businesses are compliant. Last year, RegEasy was just a simple, secure register program. Now, it’s grown into a system that allows you to manage all of your necessary POPI documents.
Users get their own dashboard that includes everyone the business interacts with – suppliers, clients and employees. You can then upload all documents pertaining to the POPI Act and share them with the correct people. There is an option for each person on your company profile to acknowledge receipt of the documents and to upload signed versions where necessary.
