» Category: Web development
» Client: EMS
» System launched: November 2025
Case Study Overview
- Background: EMS partnered with Netgen to build a bespoke motor vehicle management platform to streamline operations and support business growth.
- Challenge: The system needed to manage complex workflows across claims, fleet, repair, and maintenance while remaining scalable for multiple industries.
- Solution: Netgen developed a custom, modular platform that centralizes claims, service scheduling, maintenance tracking, and additional modules such as white-label insurance solutions.
- Outcome: EMS now operates a scalable, flexible platform that continues to expand with new features and use cases.

The Netgen team met Estimatics Management Solutions (EMS) back in 2021, when they came to us looking for motor vehicle management software to take their business to the next level. Their vision was to create a single digital hub that could streamline claims, automate service scheduling, and scale as new use cases emerged. Our team interpreted this to mean that we would need to create a completely bespoke software solution.
The challenge our developers faced
Essentially, EMS provides software and data-driven solutions for the motor-vehicle industry with a focus on claims, fleet, repair, service and maintenance workflows. Their clients range from fleet companies and car rental providers to insurance providers and accident assessors.
This meant that their software requirements were complex and the solution needed to be flexible, robust and able to scale.
The motor vehicle management software solution
Our team at Netgen built the EMS platform from the ground up. Our business analysts spent time with the client, going through as many use case scenarios as possible to ensure that the initial deployment covered their existing customers.
When the software first went live, the platform was able to help companies manage vehicle claims, maintenance plans, and service schedules – all in one place. For instance, it tracks odometer readings and automatically indicates what services are due, ensuring proactive vehicle maintenance.
After the first iteration was deployed, we continued to work with their team to expand the system as new use cases cropped up. Several new modules have gone live, including a white-label version of the platform that insurance companies can use to manage their own claims processes.
The motor vehicle management software solution
The motor vehicle management software that we built for EMS has been a fascinating journey so far, and we are excited about what will come next for this partnership. It’s a platform that was built to grow, and that is exactly what we’re doing with it – pushing for innovation.
